Addressing Economic Mobility
STEAM²IE™ Workspace is a catalyst for economic mobility. We are investing in the adaptive reuse of the 12,000 sq. ft. vacant warehouse to be converted into a 17,100 sq. ft state-of-the-art maker space for career exploration, advanced manufacturing, workforce development, and entrepreneurism.

THRIVE Village
Addressing Health and Wellbeing
Thrive Village is a food and health justice concept that provides access to affordable housing, health care, and healthy foods. Located in the East Parkside neighborhood of West Philly.
Thrive Village is being developed as part of a holistic equitable development investment by Ujima Developers, LLC. It is zoned as a mixed-use building with 9 apartments and almost 4000 sq. ft of commercial space. The total project includes an assemblage of 8 vacant lots that have been consolidated to represent the development site.
